Great Product

This is my second time ordering ink replacements from this company. The cartridges are packaged well in sealed bags and easy to install, fitting perfectly. The ink is smooth and clear allowing documents and pictures to turn out great.

Good product, make sure you don't let your printer do firmware updates

These worked great until my Epson printer had a firmware update that stopped generic ink cartridges from working.I contacted the manufacturer that the cartridges were not working and they quickly shipped me replacements that do. They also recommended I prevent my printer from doing any more firmware updates. Those updates make it hard for generic cartridges to work. Good advice!
